confirm 6 weeks pregnant, edd: 23 october 2011. alhamdulillah.

January 30, 2011 (2 weeks pregnant)

Your baby's conceived

Doctors start counting pregnancy from the first day of your last period, so at conception you're considered 2 weeks along.

February 13, 2011 (4 weeks pregnant)

Positive pregnancy test

This week or next, you should be able to see a positive result on a home pregnancy test.

March 27, 2011 (10 weeks pregnant)

Your baby's heart beats

At your next prenatal visit, you'll be able to hear your baby's heartbeat for the first time.

April 24, 2011 (14 weeks pregnant)

Announce your pregnancy

If you decided to wait until the riskiest period was over, it's now safe to announce your pregnancy.

May 1, 2011 (15 weeks pregnant)

Your baby sees light

Your baby can see light now (through eyelids that are still fused shut) and may move if you shine a flashlight at your belly.
